Up to three bunks in each (i.e. each room can sleep 6 people). One room does have a single bed in addition to the bunks.
Electric convector heaters installed to each room.
Two WC's and two wash hand basins. Toilets are connected to a septic tank.
One shower in barn - not as daunting as it sounds as is built as a fully enclosed and secure shower & changing area
and has a separate hot water supply so shower temperature is not at the mercy of the kitchen or toilets.
Upright fridge, four ring electric cooker of a small domestic size with grill and oven. Microwave, 2 kettles, single sink and drainer.
Assorted pots and pans (sufficient for parties up to 12). Cutlery / crockery - more than enough for a party of 12.
Snug for say 12 but more than OK for smaller parties - can fit two trestle tables with chairs in (just).
Coal burner stove installed so can be nice and warm.
Carpeted Easy chairs for 8 - 10 people.
Wood burner stove installed so can be nice and warm.
Other than the shower used as a storage area for building materials and firewood.
Some provision for drip drying of wet clothing.
General Miscellaneous equipment includes 2 bow saws, hand axe and a spade.
